This Prakas is to issue the licence for Golden Dorwin Trading Limited located in #18B, Russia Blvd., Phnom Penh to quarry limestone for cement production in East Toukmeas Mountain Area, Kampot Province with 637.75 hectares . The Prakas came into effect until February 23, 2007. The company can extend the exploration license within 90 days before the expiration of this Prakas.
