This Prakas gives the Provincial or Municipal Department of Environment the right to review, comment on, and decide on the initial or complete environmental impact assessment report of the proposed project as a private individual, private company, joint venture, or state-owned company or ministry with an investment's capital less than two million US dollars, as stated in the appendix to this Prakas.
