The Information Technology Council of the Ministry of Economy and Finance​ is established to lead, coordinate, and promote the construction and development of information and digital technology of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in a momentum, consistent and harmonious to build trust and confidence in the information and digital technology system of the Ministry of Economy and Finance as well as contribute to the construction and development of the digital economy and society of Cambodia.
