The​ Rectangular​ Strategy​ is​ set​ out​ to​ guide​ the​ implementation​ of​ the​ agenda​ of​ the​ Royal​ Government,​ building​ on​ the​ achievements​ attained​ in​ the​ second​ legislature​ of​ the​ National​ Assembly​ through​ the​ implementation​ of​ the​ Triangular​ Strategy.
