This sub-decree establishes the establishment of the Kampong Speu Jin Cheng International Special Economic Zone, located in Ou Mukh Tuek village, Prey Rumdoul commune, and Chheu Neang Khpos village, Krang Ta Kan village, Chreae village, and Thnaot Preaek village, Tang Sya commune, Phnum Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province.
