This sub-decree shows the land reclassification of an area of 240 (two hundred and forty) square meters with a land certificate identifying the owner located in Kbal Spean 2 village, Sangkat Poipet, Poipet city, Banteay Meanchey province, which is state public property reclassified as state private property to give to 1 family named Eng Ly Hour and Moeun Sady. This land reclassification was removed from the inventory of state property of the Poipet Municipality Office of Education, Youth, and Sports of the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Department of Education, Youth, and Sports to give to the people to get legal ownership.
