This sub-decree shows that 300 (three hundred) hectares of land located in the area of ​​Phnom Dong, in the village of Boeung Preap, Trapeang Koh​ commune, Kampot district, Kampot Province, have been reclassified for the development of the "Hang Reach" tourism project. The land under review shall be subject to continuous administration by the Ministry of Tourism, the state-owned property authority, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as the state's property management authority in collaboration with the relevant ministries and local authority, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and governmental guidelines.
