This sub-decree establishes the Kampong Chhnang multi-purpose port and logistics center, located in Chambak Khpos village, Svay Rumpear commune, Kampong Leaeng district, Kampong Chhnang province, to serve international ships entering, exiting, transferring, loading, and unloading general cargo, including containers and outer cargo.
