This sub-decree transfers a portion of land with a total area of 28,000 square meters belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, located in Pu Rang village, Saen Monourom commune, Ou Reang district, Mondulkiri province, to the Department of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of Mondulkiri province to build a clean water production plant for the benefit of the people of Mondulkiri province. A portion of land with a total area of 4,938 square meters belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, located in Village 1, Smach Meanchey Sangkat, Khemarak Phumin city, Koh Kong province, has been transferred to the 2nd Office Unit of the Army for the construction of a Koh Kong provincial headquarters.
