The special focus of this report is government-to-person (G2P) payments for social benefits. The Special Focus section presents the key findings of a study on social benefit payments under the government-to-person (G2P) initiative, which assesses the payment system set up for the COVID-19 relief transfer program and draw lessons learned from the G2P payments for the current and future social assistance programs and beyond.
