This program aim to offer aleadership development programme which addresses the needs and issues of women managers in Cambodia; to provide a forum to work on the key issues and core skills needed to develop their leadership potential. Participants will been able do develop strategies and implementation plans to be more effective as managers in the context of Cambodian culture and the development sector.
