The purpose of this review is to provide comments on the adequacy of the EIA for decision making by the Ministry of Environment (MoE) as well as the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC), Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME), and Ministry of Economics and Finance (MEF), and Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MoWRAM) the lead agencies responsible for EIA standards and approval, project licensing, project oversight, project performance, and overall compliance with Cambodian law.
