The highlights of the Medium-Term Fiscal Framework (MTFF) 2026-2028 was prepared to facilitate the understanding of the public on key information related to public finance by highlighting important aspects of MTFF and simplifying technical jargon. The preparation of this document was initiated by the General Secretariat of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform (GSC) for the purpose of promoting budget transparency in Cambodia.
