MARD has just issued a report on "Potentials, opportunities and solutions to attract enterprises to invest in agriculture." Accordingly, policies are implemented right from the time of issuance and continue to improve towards creating an increasingly favorable environment to ultilize the potentials and investment opportunities, altogether attracting more investment capital into agriculture and rural areas.
