This report provides detailed information and data on the Phnom Aural Wildlife Sanctuary, covering its geographic areas, population, socio-economic conditions, land use, natural resource values, management structure, management zones, and related challenges. The sanctuary was first designated by Royal Decree on 1 November 1993 and spans three provinces: Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, and Pursat. Its total area was expanded from 255,036 hectares to 258,172 hectares through a sub-decree issued on 17 July 2023.
