This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Cambodia Airport Management Service Ltd. (employer) and the ​Phnom Penh International Airport Independent Workers' Union, Cambodian Tourism Industry Trade Union of Siem Reap Airport, Sihanoukville International Airport Workers' Union. (employee). According to the award, 3 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer stop bribing union members and activists to resign, stop discrimination again the union and illegal suspensions; 2) the employer reinstate illegally terminated workers; and 3) the employer negotiates an agreement with the union before laying off workers. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the first and third issues were rejected while the Council declined to consider the second issue. This was a non-binding award.
