Arbitral awards for the labor incident involving Tien Sung Garment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

The outcome of the arbitral award was that the first, third, fourth, and fifth issues were refused by the arbitrator. The second, seventh, eighth, and ninth issues were withdrawn. The sixth issue was successfully resolved. This was a non-binding award.
