This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between YVP Trading Co., Ltd. (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of YVP Trading Co., Ltd. (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including: 1) reinstate terminated workers on permanent contracts; 2) add bonuses to overtime calculations; 3) provide baby milk support payments for workers with newborns; 4) allow workers to take a 15-minute rest during overtime work. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the demands about reinstating terminated workers on permanent contracts and providing milk support payments to workers with newborns were rejected. The Council refused to consider the others. This was a non-binding award.​
