This Inter-ministerial Prakas specifies the sale and auction of special personalized vehicle registration plates under the jurisdiction of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the Management of Vehicle Registration Plate Sales, hereinafter referred to as the "Inter-Ministerial Commission." This Declaration authorizes the General Department of Land Transport of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport to collect revenue from the sale and auction of special personalized vehicle registration plates for the benefit of the national budget.
