[ENGLISH] Notification of the Ministry of Public Health RE: Designation and Main Symptoms of Dangerous Communicable Diseases (Issue 3) B.E. 2563 (2020) (Unofficial Translation)
Whereas it is deemed expedient to declare coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) a dangerous communicable disease as set forth in the Communicable Diseases Act 2015 for the benefits in terms of surveillance, prevention and control of dangerous communicable diseases. By virtue of Section 5 paragraph one and Section 6 (1) of the Communicable Diseases Act 2015, the public health minister, as advised by the National Communicable Disease Committee, thereby issues a notification.
