Sub-decree no 205 on the ceding of 281.5882 hectares of land from forest cover 2002 in Ta Veng and Veun Sai district, Ratanakiri province and from the natural protected area system of biodiversity corridor for reclassifying as state private land for granting collective ownership to a Brao indigenous community and providing ownership on the land title.
This sub-decree was issued by the Royal Government of Cambodia with the decision of ceding 281.5882 hectares of land by 180.5882 hectares of land is from forest cover 2002 and 101 hectares is from the natural protected area system of biodiversity corridor and reclassifying as state private property for granting collective ownership to a Brao indigenous community of Sieng Say village in Ta Veng Krom commune, Ta Veng district and Koh Pang commune, Veun Sai district, Ratanakiri province. This indigenous community to which collective ownership was granted comprises 57 families living on 14 land titles including 1 title of residential land and 13 titles of agricultural land.
