This sub-decree determines the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, which fulfills the mission of the Royal Government on the leadership and management of the science, technology, technology and innovation industries, including the handicraft and clean water sectors of the Kingdom of Cambodia. This mission must be carried out through the proper preparation and implementation of policies, legal frameworks and other legal documents related to the leadership and management of industry, science, technology and innovation, including handicrafts and clean water.
