Party's obligation in the implementation of the project
  • The company shall to accept the officials in accordance in the Mining Investment Agreement in Senchao area, Samlout district, Battambang province dated on 28 June 2000 to join every activities of mining exploration process and follow the technical aspect of mining business and other terms in the agreement
  • Before expiry within 60 days, the company has to apply for the renewal of the exploration license.
Suspension and/or revocation or termination
  • In case that other mineral resources beside of gemstone were found, the company shall inform to the Ministry as soon as possible. If the company violated this term, the license will be revoked with no condition.
