The Prakas aims to establish an "Entrepreneurship Development Fund" (abbreviated as "EDF") to mobilize, invest, and manage funds from all legal sources to support the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem by providing financial and non-financial assistance to entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises, startups, and partnering institutions engaged in any innovative activity and create economic value-added in Cambodia’s economy.
