From the World Bank data site, select the indicator "Life expectancy at birth, total (years)" (http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SP.DYN.LE00.IN).
Scroll down the results table and copy the 2013 figure for each of the five Lower Mekong countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam) into an Excel spreadsheet, then scrolling through the year selector, do the same for 2003, 1993, 1983, 1973, 1963.
