Inter-Ministerial Prakas No.14342 the Provision of Administrative Services at Sub-National Level

This Inter-Ministerial Prakas was established between Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Economy and Finance, signed on 29 December 2016. Administrative service fees provided by Sub-national administration is organized as a list of services which has provided the detail of service fee, maximum period of processing, and validity according to types of service as written in the Annex of this Prakas. There are two types of service fee listed in the Annex - Type 1: identified as the maximum price; Type 2: identified as the actual price.
