Law on the amendment of article 23, article 30, article 33, article 34, article 35, article 36, article 37, article 38, article 39, and article 40 of law on the management and exploitation of mineral resources

This law was announced by a royal decree, issued on 13th July 2001, which was approved by assembly on 31st May 2018 in the 10th National Assembly Session of the 5th legislature. The assembly completely reviewed the format and concept of this law on 11th June 2018 in the 1st National Assembly Session of the 4th legislature.
