Sub-Decree No. 174 on the amendment of Article 1 of the Sub-Decree No. 128, dated August 05, 2021 on Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh

This Sub-Decree No. 174 was reclassified a land of ​​100 (one hundred) hectares in Sangkat Ponhea Pon, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, pursuant to Sub-Decree No. 20, dated February 3, 2016 on the area of ​3,239.7 hectares remarking as the state public property at Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob), Phnom Penh in order to reclassify from the state public property to occupy as the state private property.
