This sub-decree shows the reclassification from state public property to state private property over an area of 221.94 hectares located within the sustainable use zone of Preah Suramarit-Kosamak "Kirirom" national park in Traeng Trayueng​ commune, Phnum Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province for a duration of 50 (fifty) years as a long-term permanent lease object for ONE MORE Ltd.'s ecotourism development investment project, as well as maps and annexes attached to this sub-decree.
