Sub-Decree No. 250 on the adjustment of the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh​ aims to cut an area of ​​22,097 square meters in Trapeang Pou village Sangkat Kouk Roka, Khan Praek Pnov, Phnom Penh, which is defined in Sub-Decree No. 20 Issued on February 3, 2016, on the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of ​​3239.7 hectares located in Phnom Penh as the state public land to reclassify from the state public land to state private land. Donation of 22,097 square meters owned by Mr. Krouch Phan with taxes and duties borne by the state.
