Sub-decree no. 329 on the implementation of the national social assistance programs in vocational and technical training for youth from poor and vulnerable families

This Sub-Decree aims to define the rules, procedures, and mechanisms for managing the implementation of the National Social Assistance Programs in vocational and technical training for youth from poor and vulnerable families to provide equal opportunities for youth to receive skills development and better job opportunities to increase their income and livelihood.
