A new growth strategy for Cambodia: economic scenarios

This paper assesses Cambodia’s prospects for delivering Vision 2050 based on quantitative modelling and a systematic policy gap analysis. The main conclusion is that returning to rapid growth and a pathway towards reaching HIC status by broadly mid-century is feasible but will require a new strategy.
