Delivering the skills for Cambodia’s clean energy transition

Cambodia’s push for renewable energy, efficiency, and electric vehicles is driving strong demand for clean energy jobs, but businesses struggle to find skilled workers and must invest in training. To meet this growing need, the country should improve technical education and workforce planning through a Clean Energy Skills Roadmap, a specialized Skills Forum, updated curricula, youth engagement, international collaboration, and stronger government capacity to plan for clean energy skills.
