Digital Government Policy Workshop Session 4: Digital Talent and Innovation

Digital Talent and Innovation is key strategic thrust to build the capacity of leaders and civil servants in all ministries and institutions to adopt digital technology for the use, management, and development of digital government systems in response to the needs of the people. In addition, human resources in digital technology shall be trained to foster the development of digital government with effective, quality, and inclusion. At the same time, promoting digital literacy to students and citizens is a necessary priority, directing to foster the admissibility and use of digital technology, reducing the digital gap, increasing competitiveness, and using of digital government services.
