summary-workshop-systematic-quantitative-design-low-carbon-develop-plan-cambodia

This document summarises proceedings of a workshop on low carbon development (LCD) in Cambodia. The purpose of the workshop was to introduce a preliminary study on a low carbon development plan for Cambodia; to collect feedback from participants and to enable Cambodian researchers and academics to engage with Japanese research institutes and academia for capacity development and collaboration. The study on the design of an LCD plan for Cambodia is the first-ever conducted by Cambodian researchers. The study serves as an important document to support the inclusion of quantitative calculations regarding greenhouse gas emissions in Cambodia's development decisions.
