Law on Prevention and Control of Communicable Disease, 2017 [Lao PDR]

This law determines the principles, regulations and measures on the management, monitoring, and supervision of prevention and control of communicable disease, to ensure its implementation in a constant and quality manner, with the aim to prevent the incidence and prevalence of disease, decrease sickness and deaths to all populations which are applicable at regional and international levels, so that they can effectively contribute to the protection and development of the nation.
