Law as a tool for cooperation and sustainable development of the Mekong River

A presentation assessing the implementation of relevant laws and agreements in the case of the Xayaburi dam and other proposed mainstream dams. The presenter argues that there is a need to strengthen regional institutions to ensure better cooperation for sustainable development of the Mekong River, and recommends next steps.
