Decision on the 6th revision of the license document No. 144 LD dated 25 December 2006

Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC) issued license document no. 144 LD, dated on 25 October 2006, to Mr. Ouk Sopheap for providing the electricity power service to consumers in Siemreap, Kandork, Kouk Trab, Preah Puth and Ampov Prey communes, Kandal Steung district, Kandal province. And the license name was then changed from Mr. Ouk Sopheap to Khemarak Engineering & Development Co., Ltd after the sixth revision dated on 26 September 2013.
