Decision no. 73 on the establishment of a commission to prepare documents to file a case with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding the tri-junction area, Ta Moan Thom Temple, Ta Moan Toch Temple, and Ta Krabei Temple

Through this Decision, the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia will establish a commission to prepare documents to file a case with the International Court of Justice regarding the Tri-Junction Area, Ta Moan Thom Temple, Ta Moan Toch Temple, and Ta Krabei Temple. The composition and duties of the commission are defined, including its subordinate working groups: the Working Group on Legal Affairs and the Working Group on Diplomatic Affairs. The expenditures of the commission and its subordinate working groups shall be borne by the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC).
