Colben Energy (Cambodia) PPSEZ Limited was authorized generation license no. 215 LD to provide electricity power generation service in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone. The company provides capacity of 13MW Heavy Fuel Oil Electricity System Generating Plant, and supplies the electricity to Electricite du Cambodge (10Mw) and JAPAN Cambodia Development Corporation Co. Ltd at Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone with total capacity of 10MW for term of 18 years since 06 June 2008.
