Sub-decree No. 101 on the permission for civil servant employee and worker to have holidays on 17 18 19 20 and 21 of August 2020

The Sub-decree aims to allow all civil servant, employee and workers to have day off on 17 18 19 20 and 21 of August as Khmer New Year holiday since it was lifted on 13 14 15 and 16 of April this year due to Covid-19 pandemic.
