Sub-decree No. 162 on Cutting , Reclassifying and Reserving 2,923.08 hectares of ELCs in Uddor Meanchey Province.

Cutting 2,923.08 ha in O Som village of Trapaeng Prasat commune in Tapaeng Prasat district of Uddor Meanchey province: 1,057.07 ha from ELC of Se Hong, and 1,866.01 ha from ELC of Nature Plantation (K.H); Reclassifying 2,564.43 ha for donating to 792 families; Reserving 358.65 ha as public state land and for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 1,264 private land parcels and 1 public land parcel.
