Sub-Decree No. 21 on the cutting 871 hectares of land in Sandan District, Kampong Thom Province from the forest cover 2002, reclassifying as state private land for implementing the social land concessions for the landless

This sub-decree aims to cut 871 hectares of land in Sandan District, Kampong Thom Province through coordinate system as Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 from forest cover 2002 and reclassify state private land in order to implement the social land concession program to grant ownership to landless under LASED III.
