Sub-decree No. 49 on cutting and reclassifying 1,012 hectares from ELC in Kampong Chhnang province

Cutting a total land of 1,012 ha in Beoung Veng village of Krang Leav in Rolea Bphea district of Kampong Chhnang province: 581 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 431 ha from former Sery Enterprise; and Reclassigying 995 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 498 families, and reserving 17 ha as state public land, and Granting rights to 1,753 private land parcels and 10 public land parcels.
