Sub-decree No.79 on Provisional fines for the violation of the Law on Accounting and Auditing

This sub-decree aims to specify the amount of intervention penalty of any actions against the Law on Accounting and Auditing and identify the mechanisms managing the intervention penalties for the purpose of promoting the responsibility of enterprises, non-profit establishments, accountants as well as auditors. Overall, the sub-decree aims to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the existing Accounting and Auditing Law.
