Sub-decree No.129 on the rules and procedures for reclassification of state public properties and public entities

This Sub-decree aim to set principal, strategy, and legal procedure on managing and functioning on state property in relation to (1) Management on inventory of state property, (2) Lease on state property, (3) Sale on state private property, and (4) Exchange on private state property.
