A manual outlining the training methods of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). The OHCHR has been involved for many years in training persons working in areas of human rights which touch on their particular field of competence. Their methodological approach is comprised of basic elements which, appropriately adapted and modified for each target group, can provide useful guidance for the conceptualization, planning, implementation and evaluation of human rights training programmes for adult professionals. These elements are described in this manual.
