an-evaluation-of-the-anti-trafficking
An evaluation of Cambodia’s Anti Trafficking and Reintegration (ATRO) Programme of MoSVY. The research is based on desk research, focus groups and interviews with 56 informants, including MoSVY staff and clients. The author argues that whilst the ATRO is charged with reintegration support and follow-up, in reality the follow-up support is minimal, inconsistent and dependent in many cases on continuing support from NGO partners. Additionally the office does not involve itself in any anti-trafficking activity and thus its name is misleading.
