An nnstrument for policy dialogue and aid effectiveness promotion in Lao PDR 2016 .

The Vientiane Declaration on aid effectiveness was revised in 2015 and a new Vientiane Declaration on Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (“VD II”) was endorsed by the Government of Lao PDR (GoL) and a range of the country’s Development Partners (DPs) at the 12th High Level RTM on 27th November 2015.The VD II aims to guide development cooperation in Lao PDR to 2025.
