Analysis of the legislative framework governing international wildlife trafficking in the Kingdom of Cambodia

This advisory report has been compiled further to instructions issued by the Wildlife Conservation Society, Cambodia, to summarize the strengths and weaknesses of the existing legislation with regard to wildlife trafficking offences, and to make recommendations to strengthen the existing legislation to provide a stronger legal deterrent to wildlife traffickers.
